Our Fundraising Mission
Whether a parent has just received their child’s diagnosis or they are just trying to navigate their child’s differences, resources for those families are 1) not easily accessible 2) come at a cost.
Many families do not have the financial resources to not only seek help but also to have a space to relate to families in their similar situation. Our foundation wants to provide these families with compassion, assistance, and love.
Many neurodiverse children need assistance with some area of their life. That may be behaviors, independent life skills, social/emotional skills, academics, communication, and more. ABA therapy helps address these areas by analyzing where the child needs assistance, determining an intervention, and providing feedback. This is why Manu for Inclusion Foundation (M4IF) gives ABA assessment to training parents to address these areas-especially behaviors of concern.
M4IF also offers grants for respite care services which will provide parents with resources to receive assistance in the home so they can take a break, take time for themselves, run errands with a peace of mind, etc...
The school district can be difficult to navigate and to best advocate for their child, parents sometimes need a professional advocate who knows the IDEA Act law and the Rehabilitation Act. M4IF gives partial grants to help parents with these advocacy services as well.
“Be part of the solution, embrace the change, and be inclusive.”
We will really appreciate your support.
